What is your return & refund policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Goddessque Collection will provide return shipping. There are no refunds. A store credit will be given after successful processing.
How long will I be able to wear my lashes?
Our 100% mink lashes last up to 20 wears with proper care. For best use, store the lashes in its original packaging and place them in a dry area when they are not being worn.
How do I change/cancel my order?
Please send an email within 24 hours to info@goddessquecollection and we will do our best to complete your request.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
For damaged items, please keep the packaging and all contents. Please send a photo of the damaged item to info@goddessquecollection.com for further assistance.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept all major debit and credit cards at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
We ship every Monday and Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
